Privacy policy for online applications

In the context of your online application you supply the company Seeberger GmbH with personal data. It’s important for us to keep your personal data already in the application process confidentional. Therefore it is naturally to us, that we handle the personal data you entrust to us with responsibly and in compliance with the legal data protection regulation (BDSG).

Data collection

In the course of your online application we collect and process the following personal application data:

- Surname and forename

- Address

- Phone number

- Mail address

- Complete application documents (Curriculum vitae, certificates, certifications, etc.)

We search for the best applicants, regardless of race, ethnic origin, political opinion, gender, religion or ideology , physical or mental health, age, trade union membership or sexual identity. We do not need any information from you, which are not conform to the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).

Purpose and deletion of data collection

The Storage, use and processing of your personal data and files takes place only for selection of vancancies and apprenticeships of Seeberger GmbH. Your personal data are generally only transmitted to internal departments witch are directly involved in your application process. We do not transfer your personal data to third parties.

If your application is followed by an agreement, we can use and storage your data for the recruitment process. If your application is not successful, we will storage the personal data and files you transmitted us for three months after we sent you the rejection letter in our application database. This is to answer possible questions in context of your application. After that period of time your data is deleted automatically.

If we don’t have a suitable position for you but have the opinion that you could be interesting for future positions, we will storage your data for twelve months, unless you refused to that (Admission to the applicant pool).

Revocation

You can revoke your consent at any time for future processes. For that you only need to send an email with your complete name and your email address to bewerbung@seeberger.de.

Security

We attach great importance to greatest possible security of our system, that is why we use the latest techniques for data collection. Your personal data is only accessible for the group of persons, which is responsible for your application.
